Over the Christmas holidays, millions of house hunters start their search for a new home and local estate agency Ashley Adams is urging homeowners who are thinking of moving in early 2023 to take advantage of the heightened buyer interest.
Data from Rightmove shows that during the last festive period, visits to the property portal jumped by 78% on Boxing Day in 2021*. Connells is advising prospective sellers to instruct them as soon as possible to take full advantage of this seasonal surge.
