Popular websites Rightmove and Zoopla both experience a spike in activity over the Christmas holidays, as people use this time to start their search for a new home online.  In 2020, Rightmove recorded a record over 35 million visits to its site and Zoopla recorded a 36% increase in visits to its website over the festive period*.  Ashley Adams is now advising prospective sellers to instruct with them as soon as possible to take full advantage of the increased marketing potential and not to miss out on this fantastic window of opportunity.
