Spring your house into action this Easter with the Ashley Adams Open House event

Local estate agency Ashley Adams is open for business as usual over the Easter weekend and inviting prospective sellers to make the most out of its upcoming Open House event. Taking place from Good Friday (April 15th) to Easter Monday (April 18th), the Ashley Adams Open House event will provide a good opportunity for sellers to maximise their property’s potential, and will help house hunters in their search for a new home.

According to recent Rightmove* data, nearly half of properties being listed are sold in the first two weeks. Connells is also currently achieving 99%** of asking prices on properties, meaning this is an opportune time for sellers looking to list their homes on the market.
