SURVEYS & VALUATIONS

You are about to make one of the most important financial decisions of your life. By obtaining a survey you can ensure you are in the know about your property and there are no surprises after you move in.

Trusted Surveys & Valuations That Empower Your Property Decisions

You are about to make one of your life's most important financial decisions. By obtaining a survey, you can ensure the choice you are making is the right one.

Should I have a survey or valuation done?

Yes, absolutely. Completing a survey is essential when making a significant investment in your future.

Purchasing a property is one of the most important financial decisions you will make, and a professional survey assures you that you are making the right choice.

A thorough survey creates transparency between buyer and seller, establishing clarity and trust throughout the transaction. This ensures both parties understand the true market value of the property at the point of sale.

You will also be better aware of the condition of the property and be able to consider any repairs or improvements that may be necessary.

With a professional survey, you can proceed with complete confidence knowing the agreed price accurately reflects the property's market value and its current condition.

Does my mortgage lender need a survey?

No. Your mortgage lender only requires a basic valuation to confirm that they are not lending more than the property is worth.

At Connells, we provide access to our in-house team of qualified and experienced surveyors you can depend on.

Our partners, Connells Survey & Valuation, employ over 350 RICS-qualified surveyors who combine national expertise with local knowledge to ensure you fully understand what you are buying (or selling) and secure the appropriate price.

You can arrange a comprehensive survey on the same day as your valuation appointment.
