Local estate agency Ashley Adams in Melbourne is pleased to announce that it will soon be moving to new, larger premises. The move reflects the branch’s continued success, and will also introduce lettings to its offering, creating the need for more staff and better offices to cater to high levels of demand in the local property market. The branch is set to move at the end of May, and will occupy the former Natwest Bank building at 39 Market Place where the team will be able to spread and grow across three spacious floors.
“Our new location, just a few doors away from our old branch, enables us to not only increase our staff numbers and introduce a lettings division, but also to reach and serve many more customers in the area,” explains Branch Manager Penny Ford. “We have a highly skilled team with lots of estate agency experience, so we are well equipped to help with all property needs.
