When purchasing 17 Bellingham four years ago one of the main deciding factors for me was how spacious the corner plot of land was. Not only is the living accommodation spacious, the outside space is also considerable. The large drive is very useful especially when friends and family come to visit. The position of the house offers great privacy yet there is also a community feel with the neighbours who are very friendly and always willing to help you. Since living here I have updated the whole house internally, the kitchen, bathroom, ensuite and downstairs cloakroom were all refitted in late 2009. Bellingham is a lovely street to live in and the house has become a great welcoming family home.
