Palmerston Street, UNDERWOOD, NG16
VENDOR'S COMMENTS:
We love this house because it's in a lovely area with an OFSTED rated outstanding school around the corner, a minimarket at the end of the road and a variety of pubs within walking distance. Parking is never a problem even with two cars, the neighbours always leave space outside our house. The house appealed to us because all the rooms are good sizes for a cottage and there is plenty of storage. The spacious kitchen is good for cooking in and the modern bathroom with the double ended bath is luxurious. During the summer being in the garden is wonderful, its such a sun trap. Having the countryside at the bottom of the road for walks over the hills, which you can see from both bedrooms and neighbours that look after the house when we are away are some of the things we will miss when we move.
