We purchased this apartment because of it's beautiful rural views and the size of the apartment was a huge selling factor. There is a friendly social environment to this complex if you wish to take advantage of it and the bus routes make it very easy to travel to places. The reason for me moving is to be closer to my family.

Proceed out of the Leicester City centre in a north-westerly direction via the old A50 Groby Road, continuing through Glenfield, along the dual carriageway, and proceed past Groby into Markfield. upon entering Markfield, turn left at the roundabout at Field Head into Ratby Lane and continue out of the village, towards Botcheston. Just prior to leaving the village, turn left, as signposted to Ratby, which is a continuation of Ratby Lane. Take the first turning left into the development and follow the road around to the communal car parking area.
