I have lived in this large family home for over 20 years. During this time it has been fully modernised and increased in size to suit the needs of a growing family. The rear of the property is south facing, there are two patio areas that are used for BBQs and family gatherings during summer months making the most of the sunshine. The quiet garden backs onto open fields offering a variety of wildlife and pleasant scenery all year. My five children have grown up here and have benefitted from the large garden and a safe play area. Local children are able to walk to school a short distance away and there are parks and play areas nearby. I shall be sad to leave such a spacious home and garden. The neighbours are friendly and although an established community all are welcoming to new comers. Unfortunately the house is now too large and I intend to downsize, but with the intention of remaining in the Derbyshire area.
