I wanted to contact you to pass on my experience with your company.

I put my one bedroom flat in Hall green up for sale with Burchell Edwards, I was very impressed by the friendly, professional and approachable staff at the Shirley branch. It was Dave Cook who sold Burchell Edwards to me when he came to valuate it.

My flat was on the market for a short time when Catherine rang explaining she had been moved to the Shirley branch from Solihull and would be handling the sale of my flat.

Within one week it was sold !!! As you can imagine I am over the moon, it is clearly obvious that Catherine really knows her stuff about selling properties, she arranged for two viewings and both put offers in, she is very approachable, very knowledgeable about her job and made the whole selling experience that little less stressful, she even arranged for BE legal to take both parties cases so it would speed up the process.

We are now very near completion and with luck should have exchanged contracts by the end of next week.

I have already recommended Burchell edwards to my neighbour who is looking at moving soon and will continue to recommend your company to family and friends whenever they decide to sell and move.
