Castle Bromwich Junior School are currently studying the Tudors and the way that they lived. The students were given the task of recreating their own Tudor style houses out of boxes and they wanted to produce a brochure for their houses in order to show them off in a professional way!

Our own Claire Chambers, the Castle Bromwich Branch Manager and Paul Vickerstaff, the Group Sales Director dropped in to give the children some tips on how best to make their brochures look and sound authentic!

Claire and Paul supplied old style A4 and A3 paper to help with the making of the brochure while they answered the many questions that were thrown at them by the pupils.

There were some great questions asked and here are a few:

"How do you buy a house?"

'How do you value a house?"

"What happens when you rent a property out?"

"How much is it to sell a house?"

"Do you get to keep the money when you have sold someone's house?"

"Can people swap houses?"

'Have you ever sold a house to someone famous?"

The children of Castle Bromwich Junior School will be able to display their finished brochures in the Castle Bromwich Burchell Edwards branch.
