Miss Kelly Smiley was so pleased with the service received from three members of our staff she sent an email to me to say thanks and mentioned that they should all receive a pay rise.

My name is Kelly Smiley and I used the Castle Bromwich office to buy the property which completed on the 11th March. I would just like to point out a few things that I think need to be brought to your attention. Firstly my 1st point of contact was the gorgeous and fantastic Emma. I haven't got enough praise for this lady, she is a credit to your company and helped me through a very hard and stressful time. She is worth her weight in gold and I know that she will go far in anything she does. She was from the start professional courteous and above all things extremely approachable. A bottle of wine is nowhere near the amount of thanks I owe her for being more than a point of contact I considered her a friend. Please let her know how thankful I am for all her hard work (especially with my nagging phone calls). During the quick transaction period I had the pleasure of dealing with Claire (in the Castle Bromwich Branch) which in her own way was fantastic, she talked me through all the legal jargon with complete clarity and was just like Emma extremely professional and always had time to talk to me about any issues I had. Once again I thank her for all her help and hard work. And finally there was a young guy at Be legal called Aaron Meek, from the very start of the whole process Aaron was amazing. He always answered the phone with a great attitude and nothing was too much for him to answer or find out. I know I nagged him towards the end of completion (to the point where he knew my mobile number off the top of his head) just to make sure that everything was on track and was always positive and professional. I had great confidence in him and his abilities. I know that he is still in training and I have no doubt in my head that he will go on to be a very high flyer for your company.
