I received a fantastic email from Lucy and here’s what it said.

I am writing to you to let you know how very impressed I was by both Matthew and James, whilst they were dealing with my property.

This is a direct result of the hunger, drive, enthusiasm and professionalism your staff have shown us throughout. It is great to receive an email confirming viewings, this means we do not have to chase you and waste your time to see if the property is gaining any interest. Whenever I have spoken to any members of your team but most notably Matt and James, we have been treated with the utmost respect and are made to feel that our property is the most important. It is the little things that make all the difference, but to have really hungry sales people working on your team, it is no wonder I regularly see ‘Let Agreed’ or ‘Sold Subject to Status’ on your adverts.
