When Burchell Edwards launched their Lettings Department some eighteen months ago, our main aim was to provide a service to both Landlords and Tenants that was second to none. We noticed a gap in the market of traditional lettings agents, where potential tenants would be greeted with a lettings list, being thrust into their hands inviting them to call if they wanted to… Where was the service to them or the Clients they were representing?
Burchell Edwards have since created a culture where tenants are registered fully; their needs and wants explored. They are encouraged to view properties and as such we turn around lettings instructions to lets in as little as two hours! This means that our landlords are happy to show their appreciation and recommend us to friends and associates whenever they get the opportunity.
