Ashley Adams and Burchell Edwards have just completed their first awards evening of the new year. Whilst many other Agents are not rewarding their staff at all Ashley Adams and Burchell Edwards continue to recognise excellent customer service. The evening at the Barton Marina in Barton under Needwood was a real success. There is a rewards evening every month to celebrate the achievements of that month. It is a fantastic opportunity for all the staff to get together and share in the success of their peers and to share experiences and ideas.

The competition between the staff is professional and friendly but there is a passionate determination to be in the No1 spot. Because the foundation of the business is based on excellent customer service the difference between first, second and third was very close.

Kenny Bruce, Sales Director commented:

The awards evening this month was really important particularly because it was the first of the year. The staff want to get a real foothold for the rest of the year. The determination of our people is remarkable. I am proud of our people and our business. I am sure the efforts being shown today will really guarantee our clients an excellent service.

Mansfield got of to a great start, closely followed by Derby. The branch manager at Mansfield said:

I am really pleased that we won the award for top office. The team have worked really hard and deserve this excellent accolade. We are looking forward to winning many more.

The individual competition was very close in all the categories. There is a real momentum to achieve in February. Good luck to everyone.
