First Agent to give all clients access to personal mobile numbers

When Burchell Edwards reviewed their Customer care policy, some two years ago now, it seemed evident that what our Customers really wanted was contact; a line of communication that went beyond normal office hours. We decided to let our Customers have access to our personal mobile numbers - a decision we have never looked back on! Clients that we speak to feel more secure with an Agent who market themselves as being completely transparent, not hiding behind answer machines or emails. Everyone from Branch Managers, Heads of Departments and all the Directors can be contacted at any time to answer any query, no matter how big or small.

We believe that it is testament to the service that we provide that few Clients actually take up the offer of calling us "out of hours". We work hard for them throughout the day but they know that we are all on hand for them when they need us.
