Sophie Partridge from BE Legal received instructions to act on behalf of the Sellers of a property on Chewton Drive, Eastwood and issued a draft Contract package to David Shepherd on 24th June 2009, who represented the Buyers.

Searches were commissioned immediately on a priority order as all parties were desperate to proceed with urgency.
