· Pleasant, nice approach and everything was discussed in way that was easily understood

· I was impressed with Claire, Emma, Matt, Kerry, Reena and Claire Hassel

· All staff were nothing but honest

· Excellent all round service

· Everything was easy due to it all being dealt with under one roof

· It is not possible to improve the service I received
