We are an organization that supports and rewards its staff for outstanding achievement in providing an exceptional level of service to our customers. Most recently, for those driven and enthusiastic members of staff who consistently achieved top results, the reward was an amazing, all expense paid, 5 day trip to the Spanish City of Culture, Barcelona. Staying at a top class hotel and enjoying the beautiful sunny weather, trips to the beach, an evening of glamour at the Grand Casino, experiencing the traditional Spanish flamenco and enjoying the best of restaurants with the wine flowing non-stop. Our girls and boys had the time of their life.

A big thank you to those who organized the trip, and a massive thank you to our trip winners, who helped set the bar even higher for the organization as a whole, in identifying and satisfying our customers' needs and delivering the greatest service to them.
