BE Legal received the draft Contracts and raised enquiries with the Sellers Solicitor in relation to the purchase of the above property on behalf of Mr and Mrs Walker on 13th July 2009. The Home Information Pack was received shortly thereafter and an Environmental and Coal Search submitted on 16th July 2009. With the efforts of Kevin Jackson and his team at Burchell Edwards, David Shepherd attended to Mr and Mrs Walker at his office on 16th July 2009 and signed all documentation. Replies to enquiries were received along with the search results and contracts were exchanged today, 20th July, for completion on 3rd August 2009. That’s a 6 working day exchange!
